I have experience working with young adults and adults. I have primarily worked with clients dealing with anger issues, anxiety, codependency, and low self esteem. In my therapeutic approach, I aim to help clients process and work through their difficult emotions, rediscover their inner strengths, and learn new coping tools that they can use in the future.
My Approach
Each session will be tailored towards your individual needs. I primarily use interventions that align with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy but will also draw on other therapeutic modalities such as Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Internal Family System Therapy.
I believe in the importance of establishing a therapeutic relationship, one that is built on trust and a mutual understanding. I will walk alongside of you as I believe that you are the expert of your own life and story. As a therapist, I will remain authentic, respectful, curious, and compassionate as you embark on this journey.
