I’ve been in practice for 5 years, supporting adults with anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, anger issues, and relationship challenges. In my work, I aim to help clients process and work through difficult emotions, reconnect with their inner strengths, and develop practical coping tools they can carry forward in their everyday lives.
My Approach
Each session will be tailored to your individual needs. I primarily use interventions that align with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and also draw on other therapeutic modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). EMDR is a key focus of my work, supporting clients in processing past experiences and reducing the emotional impact they continue to have.
I believe in the importance of establishing a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and mutual understanding. I will walk alongside you, holding the belief that you are the expert of your own life and story. As a therapist, I aim to remain authentic, respectful, curious, and compassionate as you embark on your own healing journey.
